My friend recently purchased an Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc s. And subsequent to an hour or two, his phone started restarting and freezing on the startup screen. He was very shocked as it was is new phone. After that he had tried the factory reset "additional" than the intro popped up similar to 15 times and he disconnected the battery in circumvention and turned it on the entire in excess off again.
